For both the permanent and portable PREVACs, this tried and true technology has seen a rebirth in recent years due to the prevalence of low pressure centrifugal chillers using R-1233zd(E) coming back on the scene. There are also still a surprising number of low pressure centrifugal chillers using R-11, R-123 and R-514A, which PREVAC is useful on.
