Rebates will offset your cost
The federal government is currently offering rebates to incentive building managers to upgrade their old fluorescent fixtures to efficient LEDs. We are a registered trade ally in the state of New Jersey and have a great deal of experience with handling rebates in New York and Pennsylvania. Our most recent customer had 68% of the total cost by federal government rebates.
Savings on your electricity bill and labor
Our LED lighting fixtures typically have a 50-80% increase in efficiency to the fluorescent lights they replace. Our customers benefit from energy bill savings and have a short payback period. There is also much less labor and upkeep compared with the constant changing of fluorescent bulbs.
Reduce C02 Emissions
Efficient lights help save on cost but the reduction in wattage also vastly helps reduce C02 emissions. The estimation for one of our sizable LED retrofit projects is a yearly reduction of 698,658 pounds of C02 a year (.92 pounds/KWH). This is the equivalent annual sequester rate of 14,258 oak trees.
